We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused and unworn
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or opened products
- Personal care items (including perfumes once opened)
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time is 7–10 business days
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
